We advise companies on putting AI to work – honestly, practically and with data protection in mind. Whether it is a workshop, an on-premises implementation or strategic consulting: what you get from us is not a sales show but a considered view of what genuinely makes sense for your company.
Three areas of focus, one goal: your company uses AI productively – and your data stays where it belongs.
Not every team needs the same workshop. So we tailor our formats to your situation:
The AI enablement workshop gives your team practical orientation: what can AI do today, where are the limits, and how do you start safely? Ideal for teams that want to understand AI and place it properly.
In the AI opportunity assessment we identify the concrete use cases in your company together – with a realistic view of effort, benefit and compliance requirements.
The developer workshop is hands-on: in one to three days your development team builds a working prototype – with your code, in your infrastructure, GDPR-compliant. No slide theatre, but production-ready results.
Stefan Weimar runs every workshop personally. As a TÜV-certified AI consultant and certified Master Workshop Facilitator, he brings depth and teaching craft together.
The question is not whether AI is relevant to your company. The question is which solution fits your requirements – and how you implement it safely.
We advise you from the strategic assessment through to technical delivery. Do you need an on-premises transcription system? An AI-assisted translation solution for technical documents? A fine-tuning project on your own data? We look at your situation, weigh the options honestly – including when cloud AI would be the better choice – and implement what fits.
Every system runs on your hardware. No data in the cloud, no recurring API fees, full GDPR compliance.
The way in is an IT infrastructure assessment: within one to three days you know what is possible and what it takes.
AI is already writing code in your team – the question is whether in twelve months you can still show why that code looks the way it does. In regulated industries this is not an academic question. It is the difference between passing an audit and failing one.
We introduce the governance framework Intentron in your organisation: your rules on testing, security and data protection are written into a machine-readable project contract, every change requires a documented intent, and automatic checks block anything before it reaches your main branch. The evidence is produced while the work happens, not afterwards for the auditor.
The way in is a governance assessment: two days, after which you know the gaps in your existing chain – and how to close them.
When experienced people retire, they take decades of hard-won knowledge with them. SaPeReS – YOUR CORPORATE MIND secures that knowledge systematically, with AI support and in line with the GDPR.
Professional AI-generated images for your corporate communications – from personal branding to content series. Developed by our Creative Director Sanne Jerxsen, who treats AI as an artistic medium, not a random generator.
PRODOC Digital is not a startup that has just discovered AI as a buzzword. We come from more than 30 years of technical work with language, documentation and complex specialist processes – first as a translation company, and since 2025 with a clear focus on AI consulting and on-premises AI implementation.
Our advantage: we know what regulated industries are really like. We know that data protection is not a feature but a precondition. And we hold ourselves to advising honestly – even when that means advising you against our own services.
Stefan Weimar holds a personal certification from TÜV Rheinland – one of the few recognised AI certifications in Germany.
Trained at the Koerting Institut. That means workshops which are not only strong on substance but soundly taught – with clear structure, real participation and measurable results.
As an expert for on-premises AI systems, Stefan Weimar brings current research and hands-on implementation experience together.
The AI handbook for everyday practical use in business, written with Edgar Comanescu.
Every system runs locally. No data leaves your company. No US cloud services.
Our background in translation gives us an unusual advantage: we understand multilingual AI quality assurance as few other providers do.
Thirty minutes, free of charge, no obligation. We listen, ask questions and give you an honest view of whether and where AI makes sense in your company. No sales pitch – just clarity.
In one to three days we review your IT infrastructure, your requirements and what is actually feasible. You get a concrete plan with a realistic view of effort, benefit and risk.
Whether it is a workshop, an on-premises AI implementation or a knowledge management project: we deliver what we planned together. On your hardware, with your team, GDPR-compliant.
You work productively. We stay reachable – for support, for tuning, or as a sounding board for the next decisions.
Not every company needs on-premises AI. Sometimes a cloud solution is the better choice. Sometimes the timing is not right yet. And sometimes our recommendation is simply to start small.
“We do not earn our money by selling you the most expensive solution. We earn it because you are satisfied with the result and recommend us. That is why you always get a considered, honest assessment from us – even when it means advising you against our own services.”
Stefan Weimar speaks regularly at industry events and runs open workshops – on on-premises AI, on getting started with LM Studio, and on what AI actually delivers in the German Mittelstand. If you would rather see us at work before starting a project, that is the place.
The events page lists the upcoming dates with prices and booking links, along with write-ups of past sessions.
On-premises AI systems run entirely on your own servers or machines. Your data never leaves your company at any point – unlike cloud services such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini, where your input is processed on someone else's servers.
To get started, a current Mac with at least an M1 processor and 32 GB of RAM is enough, or a PC with a graphics card carrying 16 GB of VRAM. For professional use we recommend more capable hardware – we settle that in the assessment.
An IT infrastructure assessment takes one to three days and starts at €1,200 per day, depending on scope. Afterwards you know precisely what is possible and what it would cost to get there.
For many use cases, yes. On-premises models improved enormously through 2025 and 2026. For some tasks we do recommend cloud solutions – and we will say so plainly in the discovery call.
That is where our focus lies, because data protection and compliance are core competencies for us. But in principle every company benefits from AI systems that give no data away. Do get in touch.
SaPeReS – YOUR CORPORATE MIND is an AI-assisted method that systematically captures the experience of people leaving your organisation – alongside day-to-day operations, over 18 to 24 months. The result is a living knowledge base that makes your company independent of individual experts. More at saperes.de.
Thirty minutes well spent. In the discovery call we work out together whether and how AI can create value in your company. Not a sales conversation – a genuine introduction.
